Responsibilities

  • Leading daily job site operations and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Managing project timelines, inspections, and documentation.
  • Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
  • Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to avoid delays.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior field staff to support their development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Background of success in one or more of the following sectors: higher education, K-12, light industrial, or multifamily construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
