Construction Security Program Manager
About the role
The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for the physical security of STACK’s North American construction projects. This position requires a strong background in security practices and management, along with experience in construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Tactically implement best practices at data center construction sites
- Ensure Contractor compliance with security requirements
- Identify potential security gaps and recommend remediation solutions
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in security management preferred
- 2 years of experience in construction projects preferred
- Subject matter expertise in physical security processes and technologies
- Experience conducting inspections to identify security risks
- Experience investigating and documenting root cause analysis of issues
- Data center or construction site security experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with external security services firms
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
