About the role

The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for the physical security of STACK’s North American construction projects. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in security practices and management, tactically implementing best practices at data center construction sites.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring Contractor compliance with security requirements
  • Identifying potential security gaps and recommending remediation solutions
Additional requirements include:
  • Location: Shreveport, LA
  • Travel: 10% travel domestically
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass a comprehensive background screening

Requirements

Must-have Qualifications include:

  • 5 years of experience in security management preferred
  • 2 years of experience in construction projects preferred
  • Subject matter expertise in physical security processes and technologies
  • Experience conducting inspections to identify security risks
  • Experience investigating and documenting root cause analysis of issues
  • Data center or construction site security experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Experience working with external security services firms
