About the role
The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for the physical security of STACK’s North American construction projects. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in security practices and management, tactically implementing best practices at data center construction sites.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring Contractor compliance with security requirements
- Identifying potential security gaps and recommending remediation solutions
- Location: Shreveport, LA
- Travel: 10% travel domestically
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
Requirements
Must-have Qualifications include:
- 5 years of experience in security management preferred
- 2 years of experience in construction projects preferred
- Subject matter expertise in physical security processes and technologies
- Experience conducting inspections to identify security risks
- Experience investigating and documenting root cause analysis of issues
- Data center or construction site security experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with external security services firms
