About the Role
The Construction Scheduler will support a portfolio of major electrical substation and transmission projects in a highly flexible, team-oriented environment. This position is local to New York City and part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand conceptual plans, scope documents, and designs for electrical transmission and developer interconnection projects.
- Facilitate the preparation and creation of schedules.
- Review baseline and execution schedules.
- Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
- Perform critical path and float analysis reporting.
- Report schedule status to project management and clients.
- Provide analysis of historical data for future planning and forecasting.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as needed.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in scheduling for construction or related projects.
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
- In-depth knowledge of utility industry projects, particularly electrical transmission and substations.
- Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
