Construction Scheduler

About the Role

The Construction Scheduler will support a portfolio of major electrical substation and transmission projects in a highly flexible, team-oriented environment. This position is local to New York City and part of our Critical Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand conceptual plans, scope documents, and designs for electrical transmission and developer interconnection projects.
• Facilitate the preparation and creation of schedules.
• Review baseline and execution schedules.
• Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
• Perform critical path and float analysis reporting.
• Report schedule status to project management and clients.
• Provide analysis of historical data for future planning and forecasting.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as needed.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in scheduling for construction or related projects.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
• In-depth knowledge of utility industry projects, particularly electrical transmission and substations.
• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.

Pay

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
