Construction Scheduler

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Cook up the install schedule with the Sr. Production Manager 3 months in advance.
• Jump in to help the Installation Managers and Sales Managers resolve holds within 72 hours to keep things moving.
• Match Lead Installers to jobs based on their complexity.
• Give out calls to customers ahead of Installation Day.
• Follow up with customers to tweak the Installation schedule.
• Collaborate with the Business Administration Manager to track change orders, payments, and project updates.
• Handle the day-to-day coordination of required permits for all installation activities.
• Boost installation revenue by coordinating with local municipalities to optimize the schedule and ensure all permits are done on time.
• Work alongside Customer Care and Installation teams to enhance the client experience through precise scheduling of permits.
• Build strong relationships with municipalities and field inspectors.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Project Management or Project Planning experience.
• Construction Scheduling experience required.
• Experience using multiple software applications simultaneously to get things done.
• Able to connect and converse with all levels of employees and clients.
• Show a zeal for excellence and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Be dependable - show thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
• Be a great team player.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt easily to changes.

Pay

Hourly pay rate is $24+ based on experience.
