Construction Schedule Manager
The Construction Schedule Manager will be responsible for providing schedule preparation, communication, review, validation, and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities
- Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation, and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
- Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated, and issued on a regular basis during the duration of the projects.
- Maintain awareness of project trends and alert management to potential positive and negative effects of these trends.
- Travel to jobsites as necessary.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- A fundamental understanding of design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling, and building systems.
- Experience generating schedules using process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and traditional construction documents.
- Leadership skills to communicate and implement a construction sequence approach across all project workstreams.
- Technical capability and experience in using the latest versions of Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, software, and email.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical presence in the Lexington office.
