The Construction Schedule Manager will be responsible for providing schedule preparation, communication, review, validation, and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation, and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
  • Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated, and issued on a regular basis during the duration of the projects.
  • Maintain awareness of project trends and alert management to potential positive and negative effects of these trends.
  • Travel to jobsites as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • A fundamental understanding of design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling, and building systems.
  • Experience generating schedules using process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and traditional construction documents.
  • Leadership skills to communicate and implement a construction sequence approach across all project workstreams.
  • Technical capability and experience in using the latest versions of Microsoft Project and Primavera.
  • Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, software, and email.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical presence in the Lexington office.
  • An energetic, self-motivated individual with a passion for collaboration and professional development.

Benefits
