Construction Scheduling Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, audit, and update project schedules for construction activities using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or Primavera P6.
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and task dependencies.
• Track progress and adjust schedules to meet project goals.
• Provide timely status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct schedule review meetings to address risks and align on timelines.
• Support senior leadership with monthly project status reports.
• Identify schedule risks and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor critical paths to prevent potential delays.
• Train team members on scheduling tools and best practices.
• Maintain and distribute scheduling documentation.
• Provide mentorship to enhance scheduling proficiency within the team.

Requirements

• Previous commercial construction scheduling responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or Primavera P6.
