Construction Project Sales Manager - Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement in major North American construction projects
• Build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders
• Promote and customize SBD's value-added products and services
• Oversee SBD’s contributions throughout all construction phases
• Develop and execute engagement plans for assigned projects
• Identify new opportunities to add value and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and manage budgets with leadership updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering)
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or related field
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
• Proven construction project management experience preferred
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
• Skilled in team alignment to strategic goals
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone usage
