Responsibilities
- Perform detailed building envelope repair work
- Inspect and assess building structures for damage
- Apply sealants, coatings, and other materials to prevent water intrusion
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in construction or building maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
