A Day in the Life
- Assist in fulfilling branch marketing goals and achieving sales targets
- Perform takeoffs, develop estimates, write proposals, administer contracts, and manage project schedules
- Supervise projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines
- Prepare customer billings and assist in collection efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, initiating sales of Western's services in concrete/masonry restoration, waterproofing, etc.
- Provide customer support throughout the project lifecycle, from start to finish
- Monitor and supervise project deployments to ensure quality and timely execution
- Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to meet customer requirements and timelines
- Document, coordinate, and communicate project change orders
- Train and develop sales and field personnel to enhance overall quality
- Maintain accurate and timely billings and assist in collection efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant seminars and training programs
- Network and build relationships within the industry to expand opportunities for work
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in commercial construction (concrete and masonry restoration preferred)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
- The ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- A thorough knowledge of the construction industry
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, market benchmarks, and the cost of labor in different geographic locations. This position may also be eligible for:

US Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $130,000 USD
