A Day in the Life

Assist in fulfilling branch marketing goals and achieving sales targets
Perform takeoffs, develop estimates, write proposals, administer contracts, and manage project schedules
Supervise projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines
Prepare customer billings and assist in collection efforts
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, initiating sales of Western's services in concrete/masonry restoration, waterproofing, etc.
Provide customer support throughout the project lifecycle, from start to finish
Monitor and supervise project deployments to ensure quality and timely execution
Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to meet customer requirements and timelines
Document, coordinate, and communicate project change orders
Train and develop sales and field personnel to enhance overall quality
Maintain accurate and timely billings and assist in collection efforts
Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant seminars and training programs
Network and build relationships within the industry to expand opportunities for work

Requirements

4+ years of experience in commercial construction (concrete and masonry restoration preferred)
A high school diploma or equivalent
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
The ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
A thorough knowledge of the construction industry

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, market benchmarks, and the cost of labor in different geographic locations. This position may also be eligible for:
