About the role

As a Master Craftsmen in Building Envelope Repair, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining building envelopes, including roofs, walls, and windows. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess building envelopes for damage or deterioration.
• Apply appropriate repair techniques, such as patching, waterproofing, and reinforcing.
• Work with other tradespeople to coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities for future reference and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in building envelope repair or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment used in building envelope repair.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Skills
