Paid Training Program
All hires complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas. During training, you'll learn our proven sales process, project management systems, and customer experience standards while working alongside experienced leaders.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Perform exterior property and roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and insurance process
- Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project
