Construction Project Sales Manager - Columbus, OH

About the Role

This role will drive complex construction programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD's participation in major North American construction projects
• Build and maintain direct relationships with end users and contractors
• Promote and implement SBD's value-added products and services
• Oversee contributions at all construction phases
• Develop and execute engagement plans for projects
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or related field
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
• Proven Construction project management experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills with all organizational levels
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP

Pay

$105,000 – $169,100 annually
