About the role
The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the Southeast, PA region. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project documentation and records
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
