Construction Manager (NV Contractor License)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Review project plans and specifications with field personnel.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues to minimize delays.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements.

Requirements

• Currently holds and maintains a valid Class A or Class B Contractor License.
• Previously held a valid Class A or Class B Contractor License.
• Meets the qualifications and requirements to obtain a Class A or Class B Contractor License.

Bonus Experience

• Electrical construction, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and contractor compliance requirements.
