Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as executive support partner for Construction Operations leadership, driving execution and continuity across multiple metro areas
  • Develop standard team formats for meeting notes including project status, local operations monthly project coordination meetings, tracking escort assignments, and team action items for program initiatives
  • Track program health, communicate priorities, and facilitate decision-making
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, proactively engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
  • Coordinate with teams to maintain continuity in communicating project milestones, action items, and deliverables to ensure commitments are understood and achieved
  • Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants, and the GC team to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Monitor and report on project gaps and blockers, driving communication for resolution including project status, procurement, equipment delivery, schedule, cost control, safety, and change management systems
  • Attend project OAC meetings including progress, pre-construction, pre-award, and other meetings as needed to understand day-to-day function of the Construction Management field team
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and an Injury-Free Environment (IFE) through own actions, mentoring others, and enforcing IFE program on projects

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, or business operations
  • 10+ years of experience in program governance and execution management
  • 10+ years of experience in risk, dependency, and action item management using RAID frameworks
  • 5+ years of experience with project systems and reporting tools including Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive leaders through complex organizational change, global program delivery, and cross-functional execution
  • Experience in construction management or data center construction environments strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field required
  • PMI, PMP, or CCM certification preferred
  • Similar applicable industry certifications will be considered
  • OSHA or safety-related certifications a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment
  • Knowledge of design and construction processes, quality control, cost management, scheduling, and techniques to deliver projects on time and under budget
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and Visio
  • Experience with Bluebeam or similar document management tools
  • Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software
  • Experience with Procore or similar Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and project reporting tools
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to create structure and governance in ambiguous environments
