As a Construction Team Member, You Will:

• Learn. Start as an Installer, no experience required. We train you on every tool, every process, every safety standard from day one.
• Master. Move from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead on skill, not tenure. The better you get, the faster you move.

Pay

• Starting Pay: $17–$21/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
• High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There's no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
