Construction General Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with construction and installation of docks and marine structures
• Perform heavy steel fabrication, rigging, cutting, and assembly
• Operate power tools and assist with carpentry, concrete, and other jobsite tasks
• Work alongside machine operators and step into operating roles as needed (if trained)
• Torch cutting and basic welding support (training available if needed)
• Collaborate with a team to meet daily construction goals and adapt to changing priorities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction or dock building experience preferred
• Hands-on Skills: In any of the following are helpful - Carpentry, Masonry, Equipment Operation, Welding or Torch Cutting, Boat operating experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt on the job
• Physically able to work outdoors in variable conditions and lift heavy materials
