CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORER
Growing local construction company seeking to hire construction laborers to join their team. All positions are full-time, long-term roles with local opportunities where you are home every night.
About the role
Candidates will work on commercial roofing projects, specifically on flat roofs. Responsibilities include removing old roofs and installing new roofs on job sites. Daily tasks involve using hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure, as well as lifting up to 75 pounds frequently throughout the day.
Most weeks consist of four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday), though schedules may vary due to weather. If workdays are canceled, employees may need to work Fridays or occasionally Saturdays.
Requirements
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
- Able to perform physically intense labor, including lifting up to 75 pounds frequently
- Proficient in reading a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand and power tools throughout the shift
- 6+ months of experience in construction, outdoor labor, or general labor

Pay
Pay range: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour.
Schedule
Typically four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday–Thursday). Schedule may adjust to include Fridays or Saturdays due to weather cancellations.
Workplace
This is a fully onsite position in Waite Park, MN. Contract-to-hire opportunity.
