Construction General Laborer

Job Summary

Interior Demolition Laborer performs tasks such as dismantling or deconstructing walls, ceilings, and floor coverings using equipment, hand, and power tools. Duties include standing, kneeling, bending, lifting, climbing, and working from ladders and scaffolds.

Required

• United States Citizen
• Clean Criminal Record (for security clearances)
• Valid State ID and Social Security Number
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions
• Good attendance and reliable transportation

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in demolition or construction preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and walking
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery and equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
