Construction Coordinator P3

About the role

Project management personnel plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Program management personnel manage programs responsible for the execution of multiple projects or sub-projects. They secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. They manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex construction projects, maintenance orders or assigned scopes from the conceptual design stage through project completion and financial closing to ensure safety, quality, technical baseline, budget, schedule, and site procedures and goals are established, implemented and managed.
• Interface with facility management, construction management, and other internal customers for work scope development, estimate development, estimate approvals, and construction planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR
• Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR
• Doctoral degree in relevant field

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
• Preferred Qualifications: 10 years coordinating mechanical projects, Experience in construction planning & coordinating mechanical projects
