Construction Coordinator III

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Construction Planning Program (CPP), aligning scope and objectives with key stakeholders.
• Manage assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
• Coordinate input from construction teams and communicate effectively with Construction Management, Construction Advisors, and Support Managers.
• Identify issues, problems, and opportunities proactively; develop innovative solutions and make timely decisions.
• Juggle multiple projects of varying complexity with efficiency and precision.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and fostering a cohesive working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in construction coordination or related roles, with demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Strong coordination and interface skills, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and develop creative solutions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Ability to travel as needed to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on upstream or unconventionals projects.
• Familiarity with construction planning tools and software.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
• Extensive experience in construction project coordination, ideally at a Level III capacity.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and organizational skills.
• Certifications relevant to construction management or safety are a plus.
