Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the Construction Planning Program (CPP), aligning scope and objectives with key stakeholders.
- Manage assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
- Coordinate input from construction teams and communicate effectively with Construction Management, Construction Advisors, and Support Managers.
- Identify issues, problems, and opportunities proactively; develop innovative solutions and make timely decisions.
- Juggle multiple projects of varying complexity with efficiency and precision.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and fostering a cohesive working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in construction coordination or related roles, with demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Strong coordination and interface skills, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and develop creative solutions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Ability to travel as needed to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on upstream or unconventionals projects.
- Familiarity with construction planning tools and software.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
- Extensive experience in construction project coordination, ideally at a Level III capacity.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and organizational skills.
- Certifications relevant to construction management or safety are a plus.
