Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction claims documentation, reporting, and tracking
- Aid in gathering project records such as daily reports, photos, schedules, contracts, and correspondence
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, insurance carriers, and legal representatives as needed
- Maintain accurate claim files and ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Track claim statuses, deadlines, and resolutions
- Support risk management and compliance initiatives across active projects
- Review incident reports and assist with follow-up investigations
- Prepare summaries, reports, and claim-related correspondence
- Assist with administrative duties related to project and operations support
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction administration, claims coordination, risk management, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of heavy highway or civil construction industry is a plus
