About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Administrator / Dispatcher to join our team part-time, working in the afternoons from approximately 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination for our technicians, equipment rentals, and subcontractor management.
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute daily work orders for all technicians, ensuring they have the correct locations and necessary parts for each job.
- Coordinate the rental and scheduling of all necessary equipment ahead of jobs, including acquiring and sending purchase orders (POs).
