Whiting-Turner, a National ENR Top 25 General Contractor, seeks a field supervision candidate for various commercial projects. Ideal candidates have 5 to 20+ years of experience, a strong safety record, and a proven ability to manage projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex projects without delays
- Delight customers
- Implement and maintain full control of all field matters
- Enforce safety, adherence to schedule, and quality expectations
- Lead and mentor diverse teams
- Solve problems and resolve conflicts
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Practice innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage financial impacts on site
- Interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings
Requirements
- Strong commitment to safety with OSHA 30 certification
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Bachelor of Science in construction management, construction technology, engineering, or engineering technology
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling methodologies and software
- Experience managing financial impacts on site
- Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications
Pay
The base salary range for this position is dependent on a variety of factors including role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills, abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and assessments of these factors.
