Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain full control of all field matters
- Enforce safety standards and adherence to schedule and quality expectations
- Lead and mentor diverse teams
- Effectively solve problems and resolve conflicts
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Practice innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage financial impacts on site
- Interpret and implement technical specifications and drawings
Requirements
- Strong commitment to safety with OSHA 30 certification
- Knowledge of construction principles and ambition to advance
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in construction management, construction technology, engineering, or engineering technology
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling methodologies and software
- Experience managing financial impacts on site
- Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, manuals, and drawings
Pay
The base salary range for this position is dependent on a variety of factors including role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills, and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and assessments of these factors.
