Conflicts & Intake Clerk
About the role
We currently have a great opportunity for a Conflicts/Intake Clerk for our Los Angeles office. Under the supervision of the Director of Conflicts & Intake, the Conflicts/Intake Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Conflicts/Intake team, as well as firm attorneys and their assistants, with the processing of new business intake requests, including conducting research using multiple online resources. This position requires acute attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational and researching capabilities. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure and have excellent oral and written communication skills. A great opportunity for an entry-level graduate who is looking to get into the legal field. Extensive training will be provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
