About the role

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager who is inspired by the teaching of compassion and care. This role involves providing operational leadership within your assigned location, enhancing and maintaining high levels of presentation, leading and mentoring new and existing team members, and ensuring their success.

• Lend your merchandising prowess to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area
• Lead and mentor new and existing team members
• Ensure the success of team members

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Open to relocation for promotion
