Senior Asst Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager who is inspired by the teaching of compassion and care. This position involves providing operational leadership within your assigned location, enhancing and maintaining high levels of presentation, leading and mentoring new and existing team members, and ensuring their success.

• Lead and mentor new and existing team members

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Open to relocation for promotion
