THE WORK

As the Deputy Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing all aspects of manufacturing operations at our West Palm Beach facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing site operations, driving process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate daily requirements, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.

Desired Skills

• SAP experience.
• Earned Value and/or Control Account Management (CAM) experience.
• Aerospace & Defense Industry experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Black Belt or Green Belt (preferred).
