About the role
Novellus Kingwood is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join their team. This position involves greeting residents and visitors, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining files, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic community information
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department
- Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Compensation
Starting at $13.00/hour
