Job Summary

The Concierge at Watercrest at Kingwood is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to residents and visitors.

Job Duties

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages.
• Screens and routes incoming calls.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED accepted).
• Effective communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English).
• Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adults preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends.
