Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion, NE. Hillcrest Grand Lodge is part of the Hillcrest Country Estates campus and offers a warm, welcoming senior living environment focused on comfort, connection, hospitality, and meaningful daily experiences. As a Concierge, you will help bring that mission to life by providing personalized service, supporting daily operations, and creating a positive first impression for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, visitors, outside vendors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, visitors, and vendor interactions.
- Assist residents with personalized services, questions, concerns, and daily needs.
- Serve as a liaison for residents by helping communicate maintenance issues, service needs, and other concerns.
- Maintain the shift Daily Activity Log accurately and timely.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct security checks throughout common areas.
- Complete the Oasis Spa end-of-day checklist.
- Complete trash removal and assist with housekeeping, culinary, salon, and spa laundry as needed.
- Assist the Administrator and Sales team with clerical and office management support as needed.
- Clean the lobby, administrative area, theater, and other assigned spaces as needed.
- Support Assisted Living and Memory Support areas as needed.
- Assist Environmental Services with setup and takedown of meeting rooms and Grand Hall.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and service-focused presence during each shift.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service in a senior living environment. The right candidate will be dependable, professional, and comfortable balancing resident support, phone calls, visitors, clerical tasks, and operational needs. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating a positive experience.
- At least one year of experience in administrative, business office, customer service, hospitality, senior living, or similar work preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A warm, professional, and respectful approach with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
- Strong attention to detail with logs, clerical tasks, follow-up, and daily responsibilities.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort handling resident concerns, service requests, and emotionally sensitive situations with patience and professionalism.
- A dependable, team-first attitude with willingness to assist where needed.
- Comfort using computer software, Microsoft Office, phones, cameras, and office resources efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-high school clerical training or business-related education preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, reaching, and movement as needed.
- Must be flexible, calm, and professional in stressful or changing situations.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to utilize technology, office systems, phones, and community resources efficiently and effectively.
