Concessions Manager - Fenway Park

Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Concessions Manager for Fenway Park, home to the Boston Red Sox. This role focuses on developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members. Reward and recognize employees, ensure performance meets objectives and client expectations, plan and lead daily team briefings, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Client Relationship: Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Financial Performance: Deliver client and company financial targets. Adopt Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends, and educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
• Productivity: Drive value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management. Follow Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting food and labor initiatives. Ensure the entire team is trained and able to implement standards for production, quality, and control.
• Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including those relating to safety, health, wage, and hour.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with Senior Concessions Manager / Division Manager of Concessions.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, multi-unit food service management role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments for a unified food service experience.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work an event-based schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by business needs.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.
