Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development/reviews, software implementation and testing, and system integration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Hardware, Computer Software, Electronics Technician, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in systems analysis and design techniques.
  • A combined total of Five (5) years of full-time professional experience in all of the following skillsets/disciplines:
    • High-level programming language (e.g. C++, Java, Python)
    • Virtual computing environments (e.g. VMWare, VirtualBox, PROXMOX, XCP-ng)
    • Software containerization application and utilization (e.g. Docker, IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
    • Software configuration management of tracking bug/enhancements in software releases
    • Repository management experience (e.g. Git, Mercurial)
    • Scripting (e.g. bash, pearl)
  • A combined total of Three (3) years of professional experience with each of the following technologies:
    • Relevant hardware architecture (e.g. Versa Module Eurocard (VME, VPX, Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA))
    • Configuration of local area networks
    • Machine learning and neural networks
    • Assembly level languages
    • System and network cyber security related activities to include design, implementation, configuration and enforcement of security

About the Role

  • SEACORP is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III for our Hardware Solutions Business Area.
  • They will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of software solutions for Electronic Warfare Systems.
