Component Distribution Leader

About the Role

Delta Faucet Company seeks a Component Distribution Leader for our Jackson, TN facility to support and sustain business growth while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. This leader ensures daily adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements while fostering an empowered, engaged, and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and encourage open communication with the workforce to create an empowered and engaged environment.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide expertise to meet timelines.
• Achieve and sustain targeted safety, quality, delivery, and cost levels.
• Promote a culture that prioritizes employee health and safety.
• Develop strategic plans for efficient material flow into and within the plant.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes and implement methods to enhance performance.
• Perform root cause countermeasure analysis on underperforming metrics.
• Apply principles of the Masco Operating System (MOS) to drive continuous improvement in material distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience in Engineering or Business.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience guiding and supporting the growth of direct reports.
• High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and strong ethical standards.
• Proven ability to manage change within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience fostering cross-functional relationships with peers and support areas.
• Proven history of workforce engagement and promotion of an action-oriented, communicative environment.
• Experience with material flow and delivery in a complex environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree and equivalent experience.
• DMAIC certification.

Pay

Hiring range: $121,300.00 - $190,630.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and skills.
