Agency Distribution Leader

What You Will Be Doing

• Overtake recruitment, advancement, expansion, and performance management of independent agencies in the designated territory.
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales, increase market reach, and promote the agency opportunity.
• Act as the principal liaison for independent agencies, oversee relationships, stay updated on industry developments, and collaborate across departments to attain growth and profitability objectives.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the insurance product lineup.
• Experience with underwriting, claims handling, risk assessment, recruitment methodologies, and performance management.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience typically required.
• Relevant industry designations may be advantageous.
• Ability to carry out essential job responsibilities, possibly with accommodations.
