Agency Distribution Leader

What You Will Be Doing

• Overtake recruitment, development, growth, and performance management of independent agencies in the designated territory.
• Formulate and implement strategies to boost sales, broaden market presence, and promote the company’s agency opportunity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for independent agencies, manage relationships, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate across functions to attain growth and profitability objectives.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the insurance product portfolio.
• Experience with underwriting, claims, risk assessment, recruiting methodologies, and performance management.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Able to assimilate data from various sources.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience typically required.
• Relevant industry designations preferred.
• Able to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
