Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in materials science or semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on device performance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience with materials characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, and DSC
  • Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as MATLAB or Python
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Skills

  • Strong background in materials science and engineering
  • Experience with materials synthesis and processing techniques
  • Understanding of semiconductor device physics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
