Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding propane usage and billing
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure on-time propane deliveries
• Provide educational services on propane safety and appliance maintenance
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Knowledge of propane systems and appliances
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
