Education/Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of two (2) years of healthcare compliance experience; or a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
  • Experience within a multi-hospital health system (preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs, investigations, and applicable federal and state regulatory requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interviewing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Effective consensus-building and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to balance compliance and operational considerations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems
