Compliance SaaS B2B CTO - FULLY REMOTE

About the Role

Lead the development of compliance-focused software, driving the company to the next level by incorporating AI to help our client grow to 100M+. This is a fully remote leadership position for a hands-on technical strategist.

U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, resilient, and scalable cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS platforms using .Net, SQL, and Azure.
• Enforce and automate continuous compliance controls.
• Build, manage, and mentor distributed software engineering, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Oversee data privacy, disaster recovery planning, threat detection, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Legal teams to clear enterprise security reviews and close high-value B2B deals.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
