About the role
This role is a Compliance Coordinator position that reports directly to the Compliance Manager. The role collaborates with the onboarding and operations departments.
Responsibilities
- Schedule drivers for any district-specific or ongoing training
- Monitor and maintain drivers’ status as kid-ready and update files accordingly
- Conduct a high volume of daily phone calls and text messages (60 - 100 per day)
- Become certified to teach and facilitate certain trainings (e.g., training on policies, defensive driving)
- Review and process camera-related events (e.g., incidents, risk flags, complaints) in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all camera-related cases and activities
- Cook up follow-up actions related to driver incidents, including information gathering and internal communication
- Aid in handling footage-related requests by ensuring alignment with company policies and processes
- Support handling of repeat issues and documentation for driver follow-up or coaching
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure documentation is complete and consistent
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in program execution
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues through appropriate channels when needed
Requirements
- Read, write, and speak English at a proficient level
- At least 18 years old
- Have a printer
- Have a reliable internet connection
- Have access to a computer and printer
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Have at least 2 years of high-volume call experience
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and an administrative role

Pay
Commensurate with experience
Schedule
Weekly hours: 40 per week (Required Overtime, which includes weekend hours, 6 weeks out of the year)
Shifts: 08:00 - 17:00 EST (07:00 - 16:00 CST, 06:00 - 15:00 MST, 05:00 - 14:00 PST) 13:00 - 22:00 EST (12:00 - 21:00 CST, 11:00 - 20:00 MST, 10:00 - 19:00 PST)
