Responsibilities
- Aid in organizing and conducting initial reviews of background checks for potential timekeepers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with attorney licensing regulations.
- Support compliance-related inquiries from firm attorneys and business professionals.
- Create and maintain various databases and assist in data entry.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database management.
- Experience in a law firm or similar environment supporting paralegals and attorneys.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Compensation
- Range: $34.09 - $48.75 per hour, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location.
