Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance protocols accordingly.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
