Complex Litigation Attorney - Las Vegas

About the role

Responsibilities

- Independently handle cases and analyze complex issues. - Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases. - Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial. - Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be a team player with a passion for advocacy.

Requirements

- Active member of the State Bar of Nevada. - At least 4 years of experience in complex litigation, with business, employment, general liability, and/or professional liability experience a plus. - Must be a Nevada resident.

Solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for advocacy are critical to success in this position.

Skills

Pay

$125,000-165,000 per year (depends on experience).
