About the Role

Join Klinedinst’s dynamic legal team and take your career to the next level. We are seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, employment, financial services, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in downtown Sacramento. The ideal candidate will handle GL/business cases, manage discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial.
