Complex Litigation Attorneys
Overview
We have an opening for an attorney in our expanding Columbus office. Candidates must have 2-5 years of substantial litigation experience. We are a full-service, Am Law 100 firm with robust national and local practices. This position will focus on complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, and research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision. A proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions is strongly preferred. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Focus on complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation
- Handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision
- Write, analyze, and research effectively
- Handle sophisticated motions or appellate practice and depositions
- Provide superior client service
- Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters
Requirements
- Licensed in Ohio
- Proven litigation experience (2-5 years)
- Excellent academic background
- Strong writing, analysis, and research skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle litigation independently
- Track record of sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions
- Commitment to superior client service
- Trial experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Ohio

Benefits

Pay
Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
