Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2+ years of experience in complex business litigation, specifically with breach of contract, trial, depositions, and legal writing
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex business litigation cases from inception through trial
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
• Conducting legal research and analysis to develop legal strategies
• Taking and defending depositions
• Representing clients in court during trials and hearings
• Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes in the best interest of our clients
• Advising clients on complex business litigation matters
• Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of complex business litigation
