Complex Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters across state and federal courts.
• Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and strategic memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in key hearings.
• Support mediations and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Manage significant aspects of cases while working closely with partners and clients.
• Contribute creatively to case strategy across a varied and challenging docket.

Who You Are

• 4–6 years of complex litigation experience from a respected law firm.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Highly motivated, organised, and comfortable managing responsibility independently.
• Collaborative and client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Admission to the State Bar of the intended office location is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 DOE
